You appear to be a bit behind the news cycle.

There WILL BE a Libertarian Party candidate for President this cycle (they have their convention next Summer) but it *won't* be Ron Paul because he has --- many times --- said that he won't run for the Libertarian ticket this time. (Governor Johnson has declared though, among others.)

There will ALSO be at least one other major third party candidate in the mix this time around....
