In my opinion, we won't see the filing until the Balallan suit is resolved. I have no idea when that will be, even if it will be this year. In the mean time, they are working to generate earnings. So far, snow has not closed roads as it did last year. I have been watching weather reports and can report that precipitation has been light in our region of interest. Why haven't we seen news releases about possible company progress? I don't know but possibly two reasons. One would be they would accomplish nothing for the company. And #2, maybe they never know when the Balallan suit will be resolved and when it is resolved, watch out, things will happen! Oil continues to be strong so earnings should be good.
