OK, most of them were Anglicans, Congregationalists or Presbyterians.

Early Christianity was a political movement to organize the poor to build giant churches so the aristocracy had a place to hang out.

Baloney. The aristocracy of the time didn't like early Christianity.

People submitted out of fear not faith.

Wrong religion. Try the one named Submission.

The early Christians latched on to the blame, shame and claim thing.

That bothers people who don't like feeling guilty for the stuff they've done.
