Stevie: What I found was a lot of accusations and not a lot of substance. I have had one-on-one meetings with Ed, Ron and Mike when they were down in Fl. I asked some very pointed questions, and was satisfied with the responses. The bottom line to all the problems that caused the E-mails was that QSTI was/is very short on cash. Employees were asked to work w/o pay, with the promise of pay in the future when things got worked out. SOme employees stayed, some left, some left later because they needed pay checks. I see the big Mehler-Plumacher fight as just that... a fight for control of the company. Mehler has his own agenda, which, in my opinion, is to get rid of current managment, and take control of QSTI. In my opinion, there is a lot of bad blood between Ed and Charles. I could get into why I think there is bad blood, but frankly, that is history and I don't see it as having any relevance to the future....I don't care about the fight, I care about the future. It is my opinion that I would like to have current mngmt stay put, press on and build on the momentum thay started, rather then have a new team come in and have to start from scratch. I have found no evidence of stealing etc. by current mngmt that would give rise to my concern of being scammed. The big issue I raised with Ed and Mike was the continued issuance of options to employees. The response I got was that employees had put their own savings into QSTI over the past year+ to keep it going and to fund the installations into the new ballparks; The options were pay back. While I found the use of personal funds to keep QSTI admirable and also found it convincing that if the Employees believed that strongly in QSTI there must be something good going on, I am unsure how I will feel about future issuance of options; not because I don't want employees to get the options, but because the public sees this as negative and it hurts the stock. I believe in current mngmnt and in qsti's future. I think ED and the rest are giving their all to get this rolling and do believe there is going to be a bright future. If QSTI can get their money problems behind them, and some new contracts in front of them, we should be in for a nice ride. I'm still positive.
