I can believe a man is good at heart and has the best intentions and still not vote for them. I don't see any contradictions there. For example, Jimmy Carter was good at heart and had the best of intentions, but I think he was a shitty President.

In the case of Obama, he's a good man with good intentions who has now just crossed a red line for the sake of expediency. His signature on the NDAA, which directly contradicts the Bill of Rights and the Constitution is the only reason I need not to ever vote for him again. He has fulfilled some promises and broken others. Some promises are simply too big to be broken without losing my vote. This one was made on a Bible in front of all Americans when he took the Oath of Office.
