Which quotes a statement from Obama which is either ignorant or dishonest.

"People making more than $1 million a year should not pay a smaller share of their income in taxes than middle-class families pay," Obama said in announcing his plan."

People making more than a million dollars do pay a higher share of their income in federal taxes then the middle-class families.

If Obama thinks they do not he's making a statement out of ignorance.
If he knows they do, but is intentionally implying that they don't, then its a dishonest statement.
