Oops, Iowa said the second party to the fight is Santorum, not Newt. Everybody knows that Paul is irrelevant. His only impact would be to get Obama a second term if he went independent. "The battle for the GOP nomination could be waged principally between two leading candidates suffering from their own significant flaws: Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney is mistrusted by many in his own party's conservative base, and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich is mistrusted by the kind of independent swing voters who tend to determine the outcome of general elections."
