Mr Stephen Dattels reports
International Pursuit has reached an agreement with Tequila Copper to acquire the balance of the interest in Pursuit's Hinoba-an copper project not owned by it. The acquisition is subject to approval by Tequila's shareholders. The purchase price of approximately $4,400,000 is to be met by a combination of the issuance of shares of Pursuit, cash and the forgiveness of debt.

The Hinoba-an deposit presently stands at a drill indicated resource of 220 million tonnes grading 0.465% copper. A scoping study is presently under way to determine the financial viability of developing two large open pits (using the Hinoba-an resource and the resources identified at the nearby Manlupo property) capable of supporting a 40,000 tonne per day operation.
