More on the Xoma/Japan thread :-(( Chiro, As I pen this it's a bit after midnight here, Prime Minister Hashimoto and his cabinate are meeting. Everyone believes they will disolve what I will call the Ministry of Transportation. Houses the Dept of Transportation and Post Office Dept. These will be put under different, but existing Ministries. Had to break away to sooth my 3 year old's nightmare, but thought I caught they were also planning to announce sweeping changes in the Treasury Dept, which houses Japan's National Bank. If this comes to pass it will probably hit the wires Saturday in the states. T
