You are wrong, tejek. Just how wrong won't become apparent until we get a President who will use these new powers against innocent Americans. When that start happening, the abuses will come fast and furious until everyone will be able to say, they know someone who has been impacted. When that day comes, we will be a Dictatorship. Obama has set us on that inevitable path now.

We only have one hope left and that is if a test case comes up that the ACLU or some other group can take to the Supreme Court to have the NDAA law struck down.
