Bruce I know this company well and own some shares. SKM even at 5 was trading at a 30% premium to Korean price. This stock has very good fundamentals but is not likely to turn around till situation improves in Korea. Korea has elections in Dec. and hopefully new govt. will have a mandate to fix the economic problems. Long term I expect this stock to trade over 15, short term there may be more pain ahead. If IMF forces Korea to open their stock market the premium on this stock is likely to disappear.
