Interesting, Why didn't Walker have sufficient supervision over his employees? If he had sufficient supervision, did he know, should he have known or was he part of the felony charges. The old expression: Did he know, should he have known what was taken place under his jurisdiction." If he knew, throw the SOB in prison along with the other crooks.
