Article in yesterday's Wall Street Journal about how the Chinese are buying into all kinds of Shale Gas holdings.

Two reasons: 1) China wants to learn the correct techniques to manage their own Shale natural gas.

2) China views this as a way to diversify its investment holdings out of simple paper like stocks and bonds.

IMO there is the strong implication that China views NG to be near a bottom and that now is a good time to invest in NG holdings. (Although come to think fo it the WSJ article specifically says something like this).

And so anyone that would sell ESA should think twice IMO. Again IMO it is dirt cheap.
