Teuton finds low-resistivity anomalies at Treaty Creek

Mr. Dino Cremonese reports
MAGNETO-TELLURIC SURVEY OUTLINES ANOMALIES ON TEUTON'S TREATY CREEK PROPERTY
Teuton Resources Corp. has released the results of a magnetotelluric survey carried out on its Treaty Creek property, located north of Stewart in the Eskay Creek-Sulphurets-Premier region of northwestern British Columbia (the Golden Triangle). The survey was conducted last summer by Quantec Geoscience and paid for by Seabridge Gold Inc., owner of the adjacent KSM gold-copper property. It follows part of the route of the proposed tunnel through the Treaty Creek property (the tunnel which Seabridge wishes to build to connect the KSM gold-copper deposits with its mill site, situated over 20 kilometres to the northeast).
Two prominent areas of very low resistivity have been identified. One occurs at the southwestern end of the survey and is only partially delineated. Another 500 metres of untested ground lies farther to the southwest, in the direction of the common boundary between Teuton's property and that of Seabridge. Another 800 metres in the same direction is Seabridge's Iron Cap copper-gold deposit, which remains open to the northeast.
The second area of low resistivity (below 200 ohm-metres) is in the centre of the surveyed area and is quite deep; however, the lows appear to extend to the surface. The authors of the Quantec report, Warren Gregory, BSc, and Riaz Mirza, MSc, stated: "The conductive zone extends upward to the surface and can be mapped between MT sites 214 and 216. The resistivity varies at shallow depth levels. It appears to be that this zone is structurally controlled and potentially an alteration zone with favourable mineralization."
Teuton plans to investigate the anomalous areas when next on the property. The qualified person for the purposes of this news release is D. Cremonese, PEng. Mr. Cremonese has not independently verified the Quantec Geoscience data.
Treaty Creek litigation
Following is a brief update on the litigation between Teuton and American Creek Resources Ltd. with regard to the Treaty Creek property.
In July, 2011, Teuton examined for discovery Darren Blaney of American Creek Resources. The examination lasted three days and is not yet complete. Teuton is waiting for production by American Creek Resources of additional documentation which Teuton believes will assist in the advancement of Teuton's defence and counterclaim. As production of the additional documentation has been outstanding since Mr. Blaney's examination, Teuton will be seeking a court order for production of the documentation. American Creek Resources has not yet arranged an examination of a representative of Teuton. The trial of this matter remains set for three weeks in December, 2012.
