The Republicans are opposing Obama in the Congress because as they put it and I paraphrase: Obama's budget will increase the deficit. Now we have Romney whom they support and as this Reuters post suggests, Romney's budget will also raise the US' deficit. So I wonder why they would support Romney but oppose Obama. Is this what they call politics? Then they better change since the American people are smart enough to see through their pranks.

(Reuters) - U.S. presidential hopeful Mitt Romney's tax plan would cut revenues and increase the government's budget deficit, while benefiting wealthy taxpayers more than others, said a report from a non-partisan think tank released on Thursday.
