Steady as she goes. Sometimes we curse our banks but look what happened down South? Investors got in late and did not have time to get out. Early in and early out is always the rule. Probably still late-early for some good Vegas or Phoenix properties but stay close to an exit strategy over the next 5 years... bankofcanada.ca
