I can't see where a record of 11 losers out of Otto's 15 PM picks and 1 loser out of three for his top three PM picks as well as a 50% record for his copper picks could inspire confidence in anyone. With that record avoiding a "costly mistake" would be pretty difficult. Although he does exhaustive, IMO to the point of silly where many of these micro explorers are concerned if one judges it's effectiveness by his success rate it's clear it doesn't gain him anything. As far as his blog goes, he often slags others, Casey in particular,[not that I have any love for Casey but it's one that comes to mind quickly] for having virtually the same lousy record he does. Meanwhile he keeps his hands busy patting himself on the back for his few winners. Call me crazy but I find it hard to find any value in someone who often flip flops on decisions and is so consistently wrong. One man's meat.....
