Tribe's a liberal. Let's see what the conservative majority on the US Supreme Ct says. Aside from that, IMHO a lot will turn on how this Pro-Forma session is characterized. Is it a usurpation of the President's power or can the legislature extend itself, it's session, in this matter? It will be interesting to see what the courts to do with this as lots of grey area here--at least I think so.
