I bet the Baseball Select Sports Teams are flourishing in your area.
You and your Board blames it on the growth of soccer, lacrosse, football and Xbox.
The real reason is "Daddy Ball" and weaklings that won't enforce rules.

One Coaches youth sports to watch the TEAM, one by one, open a can of "want to"

I mean Coach ALL the Boys or Girls the FUNdamentals of the Game.

You teach the team it's OK to make a mistake as long as it gets fixed.
