I'm still trying to figure out the warning thing. He called for a WARNING, twice, then said it wasn't possible for there to be a warning, because Apple would never call it that. Never mind that nobody ever called it that. Yet there is an industry-wide understanding about what constitutes a warning. I guess we're not going to use the accepted definition, though.

Then, today, when asked when we could expect this unnamed and mysterious event, he said it would happen on January 24th. So Apple's going to warn about missing their quarter the day they report earnings? Or if there's no warning, then what was he predicting would happen in the first place?

It's just so hard to follow the twists and turns.
