Yea they do have a point, and they are attacking me also because I am doing the same thing. I also can’t wait for Bruce’s next interview or shareholder report he is still my hero (just look @ my portfolio lol). Buy cheaper than the great money managers has always been how I made the bulk of my money and I don’t think I have ever bought as many names this much cheaper than what I believe to be the best money managers. Speaking of Hero have not googled for David Herros name in a long time and here is the latest from him.

old but the newest interview and shareholder report I could find from David Herro

Good start to the year up 5.71%, I raised some cash this week selling some of the best performing stock in my current portfolio MBI. Do not plan on selling any more unless it gets too big again, this position was getting rather large and felt the urge to cut it back. My cost basis on this name for what I have left plunges because of this move because I let go the ones purchased around 9 and up. Used a small amount of the proceeds and added to AIG, DSECF.PK and MNXBF.PK. Have to say it feels good to have a little purchasing powder, but I don’t think it is going to last long because of the value out there. BAC-WTA has been on a tear the 4 trading days this year up 33.17% while BAC is holding up pretty well too up 11.15%. If every week is like this it is going to be a happy New Year!
