The question of whether or not Obama is a citizen of the United States of America is a question that is tied up in legalese, legal-speak. This question should not be swept under the rug of legal talk. This is a question that any American can understand. Were Obama's parents both Citizens of America? The answer is no. Given that Obama's parents were not both Citizens of America, does Obama qualify to be President of the United States of America. The answer is no.
