Uncle and all - a bankrupt country cannot be the policeman of the world. What the hell good does it do us - people hate our presence anyway. We need to defend the homeland and allow the rest of the world to pay their own way. Perhaps if we ever hear Yankee come back we could intervene again. We do not need to spend what we spend on the military. We are broke and raising taxes or cutting spending will only make us less broke. We are done as policeman of the world. bob
