Hi all, Ameritrade has the slowest service I've ever had over years. It took me 10-20mins to log on if ever. I can't daytrade with their "erro" after waiting 10 mins for an order, of course. Even E trade or NDB has better service than Ameritrade. Nobody returned my phone message over one month about slow log on and slow update. I can't trade with Ameritrade!!!! I'm mad at them! I sent email this morning. I'll let you know how long it's going to take them to respond. They claim 24 hrs. regards, BPP(Bipin's partner)
