Let's face it. There is no reason to keep any major ground troops any more. Having them is just an excuse to use them. That is the left-wing, progressive, communist, al qaeda, and every other America hating groups' argument for dismantling the US Armed Forces. Methinks they have an undeclared and ulterior motive! A strong offensive capability is the best defense against attack. That is true at every level of humanity, even with children.
