IOC shares are highly concentrated with Soros, 4 - 5 large institutional and private (Cavelo) investors. Also insiders hold a significant position. Represents something like 65% - 75% of the outstanding shares.

All the above have been adding all year while the float keeps dropping and the short position hasn't changed.

Expect fireworks when someone wants to buy in bulk.

IOC recognizes they need to increase the share count but won't split the stock until after monetization.

The Jun $35 puts are looking better all the time - LOL
