Then everything ever done is always a success since we don't know alternative time lines. What we do know is what we were told would happen and that is not what did happen. Accountability is the word.

I'd love to be your auto mechanic. I see a conversation like this.......

Steve: You told me that the brake work you charged me for would allow me to stop my car and it doesn't! You told me my brakes would work.

Mechanic: Well Steve, you have no idea how dangerous your car would be if I didn't do that failed brake work! Pay up.
