The SEC is not describing anything you can call "volume rebates." Not surprisingly you can't call it that but from the document: "The calculation of the percentage rebate evolved over time and was ultimately based on a percentage of Dell's entire net spend with Intel." Let us also remind you that these are allegations. I know in your mind an allegation is a fact if it's against Intel but fortunately the Justice system does not carry your bias. Do you think you might be able to find some news on AMD you could share with us?
