If you think Obama has been the first to over promise while running for election The outcomes associated with the stimulus were communicated while in office, not while running. But either way, the word is still accountability. Obama does not get a free ride by just saying, "well, that's politics!" The buck never stops on Obama's desk. Nothing is ever his fault.
