I think I might now what your getting at. Margins are coming down hard in remote access-----FACT. Intel is agressively pursuing COMS adapter card business again----FACT. Modem shipments are decreasing due to standards issues and high channel inventories-----FACT. Asia slowdown will hurt COMS sales (the company admits it)----FACT. There are flaws in some of COMS products that will cause delays in shipments----FACT. There is increasing competition/decreasing prices in LAN switching.----FACT The market has rallied 800-900 points and will be due for a rest.----FACT Insiders have stepped up their selling lately----FACT COMS is going to miss this quarter and guide analysts lower for the next several----FACT
