Paul, no offense taken. Hell, I once owned CRTM and they are working on a major bait and switch and I learn something with every stock I buy. My point to Jay was that PRIOR to purchasing shares in any company each investor/trader should perform a reasonable amount of DD on his own. Once he is satisfied, and has established sufficient "trust" in a company (sufficient to make a decison to spend money) then he can make a decision on purchasing or not purchasing a particular stock. With NRAG I've been there and done that. I am satisfied that the company is legitimate and, although currently operating on a very tight shoestring has, IMHO considerable potential over the next 3-18 months. When Jay appeared out of no where and I had not seen him post on this thread previously, it seemed as though he was one of those guys who stumbles onto a thread and without bothering to do any research on his own, asks some (in my opinion) bizarre question that often takes people on a tangent that has little to do with anything except create confusion. I'm not saying Jay was not correct in his question just that I personally have passed that point on doubt with this particular stock.

Even considering your very extensive research, the company could still be a fraud. Newspapers in Venezuela could be paid off, phones could be re-routed to CIA HQ in Langley, VA. The VLT boxes could contain Redeye missiles for a coup.

All I'm saying is that each persons level of trust is the basis for their investment and mine has been satisfied. Jay has every right to question whether the deal exists and you seem to have done an intensive (by my standards) amount of research and as a shareholder, I thank you for that. Based on what you said is your standard approach to BB stocks (vs mine), I probably stand a greater chance of being ripped off than do you, however so far so good.

Thanks for your comments.
