Al-len,

As to your opinion on TPRO, you very well may right. I was skeptical of it at first myself. Still have yet to take a position in the stock. However, the Y2K problem is REAL and TPRO has been identified as focusing on a niche market. You are correct, they still have to "prove" themselves through earnings. But given that I have spoken with respected experts in the Y2K field and they suggest that TPRO is a credible company, I certainly place more faith in their business plan than RMIL's.

Furthermore, I can at least go to a TPRO office and have a high degree of probability of meeting one of their 350+ engineers. With RMIL, I would have to know the work schedule for their part-time water bottling staff...:0)

BTW, anyone thought about how winter Wyoming weather will impact RMIL's plans to expand the manufacturing/bottling facility in Ten Sleep?? You'll be lucky to see any new ground broke before April.

And still NONE OF YOU wants to speak about what happened to the proceeds to the previous Reg S offering. And now you all are saying the Morgan is plugged to Big Money overseas. Hmmm... smells like Reg S to me.

BTW, TPRO is NOT my "hype" job. It was brought to my attention by some cyberfriends. However, I do think that is a stock that may stand a strong chance of doubling in 1998 once they have proven their earnings and contractual potential. RMIL still has to prove they know how to safeguard shareholder value. You don't do this through dilutive Reg S and humongous reverse splits.

So how about it??? Anyone out here care to comment on what Morgan did with the proceeds from his ill-advised 13 million share Reg S??

I kinda doubt it as it just doesn't fit the plan, now does it. I feel very sorry for obstinence many of you have shown out here. You will have no one to blame but yourselves since the nays have brought up some very pertinent derogatory information that should at least shake your blind faith in this poorly run company.

I really hope that Morgan proves me wrong. I hate seeing unwitting investors screwed out of their money. Short-sellers receive very little sympathy from me as they know the risks they are taking.

Regards,

Ron
