THe CBA is the Continental Basketball Association -- no it is not public. THat is an average of 12 players a year to the NBA only one of which I can name -- and he did not stick. At least the Celtics make a healthy profit. How much is this league going to make off each franchise? $300,000 initial and $15,000/year -- that amounts to squat over the long haul. How many of these teams will make it long-term? How many have folded in the past? Why not go watch college basketball or high school for that matter? You cannot even come close to comparing the USBL to the NFL or NBA -- not in the same ballpark. I see no BIG money here -- ever.
