She was saying how slow it is and no one is doing anything. She said it is much slower than 2008 and reminds her more of 2003 during SARS when no one was doing anything.... Sounds like there is lots of money on the sidelines without a clue as to where to put it.....everything is overpriced - stocks, bonds, etc. Interesting how "free money" distorts the value of everything.....
