I just put together this video slide show with a soundtrack containing my mother singing. She recorded the song "I Love You" about 1941 on a 78 RPM record, and my sister had this and thirteen other songs transferred to a CD for Christmas 2011. It took me about two hours to do it. This is my second project, and went a little faster because I learned that it works better if you load the sound track first, and then load the titles and pictures one at a time. You can match the transition between photos to the sound track. I used Microsoft Moviemaker, which is available free on Windows XP.
