I had a question regarding an order I asked using email and received a respone within 10 minutes. Datek does not guarantee email confirmation ... I have not received any for last several trades. I think this is the state of the system .... until we get higer bandwidth and faster computers the online brokers are going to exploit browser based online traders. THEY ARE STILL MUCH BETTER THAN E*TRADE .....
