Was really just referring to the fact they were released at all.

You may remember Huckabee got jammed up when Wayne Dumond was released here in Arkansas -- then he promptly went out and killed someone.

I watch a show called "The First 48" -- I saw one once where the killer was hauled in on his 3rd murder charge. You think, "How the hell does that happen?"
