Don't know, I took a quick look at TOL's short ratio, and it looks as if around 8% of the float is shorted. I can't recall what the number was some months back, but TOL was trading in the 13's back in October, and now it's pushing toward 23.... Regards, John PS - I am seeing some signs of life in my area, including new downtown retail construction that appears to be starting up again.
