I have watched the trading activity of CPQ in real time for more than
five months, my conclusion is that the stock price of CPQ "seemed"
to be artificially controlled. Someone just did not want the stock to
go up. A lot of times, the stock just went up in the early sesion and
down in the last 30 minutes(drop very sharply). Also CPQ can be pushed down for more than one point with just few shares. Just look at yesterday's interactive trading , you will see this happened lot of times !! It is very strange. And also in option expiration date, CPQ
always either goes down or gets stalled, and no exception !!! This is the same for INTEL. So, I would say the stock market is controlled
artificially.
