To all:

Just got off the phone with Mike MIllis, and he reiterates that....

1. There IS NO BAD NEWS!!
2. We will be seeing the press release (financials, etc.) within the coming week.
3. All requirements for NASDAQ listing (assets, # of shareholders, etc) are in place- we are just waiting on the price.
4. He is aware of our thread (reads it) and is well aware of the effect that calling in for our certs will have down the road.
5. He welcomes anyone who desires, to call him at 1 800-733-0087
6. He confirms that H.K. Elrod did in fact give back shares (certainly rare for most CEO's)

In fact I feel so much better (could be from the 2 shots of old crow) that I am going to buy 3000 more shares!!! (Please add to total)
