I have explained my opinion in very simple terms....its an unpleasant realization I am sure.... Given the history of discrimination and characterizations of black people in this country, it should be apparent to anyone of reasonable intellectual capacity that comparing a black person to a gorilla is offensive. Likewise, a comment that because Mr. Obama has "morning breath" we should speculate that he engages in incest/pedophilia/abuse of his own daughters is well beyond what should be acceptable discourse. It IS very simple.....those comments are ignorant and racist on one hand and incredibly ignorantand totally uncalled for on the other hand.... Is THAT simple enough? When we as conservatives stoop to the gutter tactics of liberals....we are no better..... As for an ignoramus like John, that kind of ignorance passed off as some sort of patriotic conservative viewpoint pisses me off. I apologize for the lapse...but as I said....anyone that ignorant really has no place in a rational political discourse....my opinion of course......and the Constitution guarantees that he can go on trumpeting his ignorance to kingdom come.... Hope that clears it up for you.
