Steve, thanks for sharing your insight into this industry.
I also have a (minor) long position in WCII, though only a
few weeks old, as I became aware of it only after becoming
interested in Teligent, and after taking a position in AGRPA.

Notice both AGRPA and WCII are down today, probably due to
disappointment over the limited price action of TGNT on high
volume.
