In a local election, I won a majority votes of the people of my little town to become a "neighborhood representative" on the merits of being able to negotiate and work with the county bureaucracy to enrich and make more secure the lives of the people of my neighborhood. People liked the fact I could work with all interested parties to reach a consensus and get things done. Believe it or not.............in a lot of instances................this is how positive things get done and I believe this can work on a federal level. ;) Gingrich is scheduled to speak at a homeownership rally on Thursday in front of the State House along with U.S. Rep. Jim Clyburn, South Carolina's lone Democratic congressman.
