Consider for a moment things from the Iranian regime standpoint. What you left out was the primary reason that they seek nukes: They want to blow Israel off the face of the map. A-jad announced that was their intention in a speech to the UN. They believe it is their sacred duty to pave the way for the return of the 12th imam, Mahdi and one of the conditions for that is the destruction of Israel.
