Well that doesn't say who was attending, but if it was some UN group that hardly sounds very authoritive.

I think its completely silly to think Egyptians had no black blood. If you look at some of the wall paintings you see queens with completely black skin. No telling how many intermarried with Nubians and other black Africans. The Greeks said the Egyptians were black. There are even ancient wall paintings showing the differences of peoples from various parts with Nubians with completely black skin, probably blacker than real life, and Egyptians as the darkest shade of brown.
