Amazing how slooooowly time moves. I worked on a Title IV-D (Child support) system here in Massachusetts in 1977. I remember writing the dunning letters... until that system was built there was no followup process in place. Therefore... no bill, no payment from the parent due to pay something. Just putting a simple dunning letter system in place proved most beneficial to the funds flow back into the state coffers.

So we're talking 20 years... & still those systems are still not in place.
