FasTrak DSL requires no new phone connections as it delivers high-speed data access over your existing POTS (plain old telephone service) line allowing you to use your voice line while maintaining your high-speed data connection.

That's a real plus. They use Alcathel Modems (Eric B. call PacBell), gotta have a NIC card (Go COMS), but PacBell really must not want this thing to catch on at those prices. $80/$150 per month, for 384K/1.5M service, prices me out of the market. (Oh well, PacBell isn't in my area code anyway.)
