6/26/97 37 JURY VERDICT for Power Stick, Advanced Pultrusion (mib)

6/26/97 38 Minute entry re: jury trial (mib) [Entry date 06/27/97]

6/27/97 39 JUDGMENT for Quadrax against Power Stick, Advanced
Pultrusion as to Counts 7 and 8. (mib)

For those non-lawyers out there - the jury found Quadrax guilty of conversion of Power Stick's property (i.e. theft) and awarded punitive damages to Power Stick. Punitive damages are only awarded if the jury finds that the defendant's behavior has been wilful, wanton and malicious to the point of criminality

Who is responsible for Quadrax's wilful, wanton and malicious behavior that a jury decided was almost criminal??
