Some more ATX.A notes from the 10Qs, Hal...

1) The December quarter usually accounts for 1/3 of annual sales.

2) Year to date, CPCG has contributed $900,000 to revenues. CPCG is expected to add 4-5% of writing instrument revenues (projected to be down YTY) in the December quarter and at least $25 million in 1998.

3) The quarterly cash dividend was recently cut by 50% presumably to fund R&D and the expanded marketing of its traditional and digital products.

4) The Crosspad, which was developed in conjunction with IBM, was a finalist to Mitsubishi's totally cool Pedion notebook in one PC Week category at Comdex.

More as I find them. Later, dude.
