Borrow and spend strong dollars and repay in weak dollars. It's a bit like our working lives. You work your rear off to survive in your strong years (when you could be enjoying yourself, tearing up the place) and then they let you enjoy yourself in your weak years when you need help even waddling over to the mailbox. :)
